Proud runner

Today's smile is for two things.  My brother in law graduated with his associates today.  So one smile is how proud and happy we are for his accomplishments and especially how happy and proud my sister (his wife) was for him.  The other smile was running in Seattle.  It felt soooooo good to run today.  I thought I had run better than I had in a while, though apparently I might not have.  But the truth is it feels good to run here.  Believe me it is still hard to run here but I do enjoy it more in Seattle than other places I have run.  I may not have run far but I did try to push myself a little.
