So I love to cook and eat GOOD food. I may not be the best at creating GOOD food, but I love it and attempting to cook it. So today I had a delightful meal. I made borsch. I believe summer borsch is a beautiful looking dish. So my happy moment was making and eating this beautiful delicious food. (I didn't make the cheese, crackers and milk, but they added to the delightful meal).
